This is the list in order of what Lily says she wants to be when she grows up. She has been playiong kidnapper at preschool with a few of her friends and decided she would love to be one. When I told her how sad that would make the families of the children she took her answer was, "Don't worry, I'll only take children from another world", immediately followed by the query- "Mommy, is Boston from another world?" I finally convinced her that a kidnapper is not an okay job so hopefully she'll choose one of her other 2 choices- the dog trainer or the blue sky :)
oh, that's cute! can she kidnap me? i'd love a break!
i feel flattered that i was on the right track--prehaps i'm becoming "as a small child" after all, lol
